1 General Agreement

By accessing the 777net website, mobile application, or any of its platforms, the player is considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all Responsible Gambling policies.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time by giving advance notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 User Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

Players must be at least 21 years of age to use the 777net platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to register an account, make deposits, or participate in any games. We reserve the right to verify suspicious accounts and suspend any account we believe belongs to a person under 21.

2.2 Restricted Regions

If using 777net conflicts with the laws of your local jurisdiction, you should not use the platform and it is your own responsibility to check.

2.3 Accuracy of Personal Information

Players must provide accurate personal information when registering an account. Any issues arising from incorrect information are the player's own responsibility.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account on 777net. If multiple accounts belonging to the same player are found, 777net reserves the right to suspend those accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

3.2 Account Security

Players must not share their account credentials (login and password) with anyone and must keep them confidential. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Verification

When a withdrawal is requested, we may ask for the player's National Registration Card (NRC), a screenshot of their bank passbook, or KYC documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposit methods at 777net are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. If any fees apply to a deposit or withdrawal, 777net will notify you in advance.

4.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Players should be aware that processing may take longer if KYC verification is required.

4.4 Transaction Accuracy

If any error occurs during a deposit or withdrawal, the player must contact 24/7 Live Chat immediately. Please be aware that disputes raised after 48 hours may be difficult for us to investigate.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The 777net welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on your first deposit (up to 300,000 Ks). A wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example 1: If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks and your account balance becomes 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to unlock withdrawal is 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks.

Example 2: If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks and your account balance becomes 820,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to unlock withdrawal is 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own terms and validity period — check the promotions page for details.
• Bonuses can only be used for gameplay and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Each player can claim each bonus only once.
• If a deposit is withdrawn while a bonus is still active, the bonus amount may be reduced.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, 777net reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

5.3 Violations

Accounts found attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, using bots, or engaging in coordinated fraud may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

6 Responsible Gaming

777net is fully committed to supporting responsible play. Players should consider their financial situation before playing and always keep in mind that losses are possible.

• You may only play on your own account and may not authorize a third party to play on your behalf.
• Players are under no obligation to keep playing — any game can be limited or stopped at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

Players must not engage in any of the following activities —

• Arbitrage or exploiting borrowed funds in gameplay
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses
• Using bots or automation software during gameplay
• Attempting to hack or reverse-engineer the platform
• Using the platform as a tool for money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Installing malware that interferes with platform operations

If any of the above or any other fraudulent activity is detected, 777net reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit any remaining balance, and take legal action as appropriate.

8 VIP Levels and Cashback

The 777net VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players move up based on their weekly betting volume, and cashback rates are as follows —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

The cashback amount will be added to your account at the end of each week. Cashback funds can only be withdrawn subject to the specified wagering requirements.

9 Platform Liability Limitations

777net does not accept responsibility for any financial losses incurred by players. All gameplay on the platform is considered to be carried out at the player's own discretion.

• We are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control, such as internet outages or server problems.
• For issues caused by third-party game providers, we will contact the provider on your behalf to seek a resolution, but we cannot guarantee a direct refund to the player.

10 Games and Changes

777net reserves the right to remove, modify, or expand any game, promotion, or service without prior notice. Temporary unavailability of games will not be treated as a financial loss for the player.

11 Privacy Protection

Player personal data is handled in accordance with 777net's Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be used to improve our services.

Player funds and personal information are protected using SSL encryption and system-level security technologies.

12 Account Closure and Refunds

12.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time via 24/7 Live Chat. Before closing your account, please withdraw any remaining balance and check whether all bonus wagering requirements have been met.

12.2 Closure by 777net

777net reserves the right to close an account immediately if a breach of these terms, fraud, or unauthorised access is confirmed. Any financial decisions will be announced after the relevant investigation is complete.

13 Dispute Resolution

Players may raise any issue through 24/7 Live Chat. We will work to resolve it, and for matters that cannot be resolved, the process will follow applicable law. Player complaints will be recorded and a notification will be sent once the matter is considered resolved.

14 Service Termination

777net reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the platform service. Where possible, advance notice will be given, and we will make every effort to return any remaining player balances through the designated process.
